Oh yes: The left would also have us believe that Paul Ryan wants to take Medicare away from seniors too…if you didn’t know.
Here’s what the candidate had to say about Medicare today:
“What Paul Ryan and I have talked about is saving Medicare, is providing people greater choice in Medicare, making sure it’s there for current seniors,” Romney said. “No changes, by the way, for current seniors, or those nearing retirement. But looking for young people down the road and saying, ‘We’re going to give you a bigger choice.’ In America, the nature of this country has been giving people more freedom, more choices. That’s how we make Medicare work down the road.”
“My mom is a Medicare senior in Florida,” Ryan, seated to Romney’s right, added. “Our point is we need to preserve their benefits, because the government made promises to them that they’ve organized their retirements around. In order to make sure we can do that, you must reform it for those of us who are younger. And we think these reforms are good reforms that have bipartisan origins. They started from the Clinton commission in the late ’90s.”
Don’t be fooled again!
Over the last 72 hours or so, I have heard every horrible thing there is to hear about a candidate for president and near as bad for his vice presidential running mate.
a partial list would include,
- Romney is a felon for taking $ from El Salvadoran Death Squads to start Bain Capitol. What? This is so far fetched as to be laughable except that several million drones will believe it automatically. There is no link to death squads. It’s leftist bullshit. The charge is unsubstantiated and false. But they got it out there anyway.
- Romney is a tax evader…some one told Harry Reid so. “Someone” did. Harry Reid who hasn’t released his tax records? That Harry Reid? The only thing more of Romney’s tax returns will prove is that he is a very successful business man and has been so for quite some time.
- Romney’s diabolical dealings at Bain were responsible for the 2006 death of a woman from cancer, who’s husband lost his job due to Bain closing down his company. If we are to believe the main-scream media, Romney’s actions at Bain cost this man his job, his benefits and his poor wife paid the price. She died because of Romney. Romney is a murderer. Never mind that Romney left Bain in 1999. Never mind that the company called Bain in to help gain control of a failing business and that Bain gave them 2 more years of operations and when this guy tells us that he “lost his job because of Romney and Bain Capitol”, what he really means is that He accepted a very generous buy out too. He could have afforded health insurance had he wanted it. And also never-mind that his wife had her own insurance after he lost his job. None of that matters. Romney killed her…6 years later. The real criminal element here has to do with the lowlife mercenary husband tearfully working the crowd to make Romney responsible for his own gain. And the media excuse the use of a distorting tactic called “time-compression” to help plead their case. Best of all, they got it out there and the Obama campaign gets to distance themselves because the campaign doesn’t control Super PAC ads. I’m willing to bet that most of you haven’t heard most of this yet.
- Romney has no foreign policy experience, nor does Ryan. They haven’t the right amount of experience for the job period. In fact, Romney made a complete ass of himself on his recent overseas excursion. Mitt expressed an opinion about British preparedness for the Olympics. Speaking from an experienced background in Olympic Organizing, he made a professional observation.
The Press then tried to crucify him with that. Even in the UK the whole thing made virtually no splash. So What. What he did do on this first trip abroad in this capacity is start the restoration of a strong kinship with staunch allies such as Israel and Eastern Europe. Relationships that Obama destroyed. Oh, and just where was the concern about Obama’s obvious lack of any kind of real leadership experience? Do some still need help figuring that one out even now? Hint, hint…I know 14 year old community organizers who don’t really qualify for President now do they? As much as anyone might qualify for the top job in the USA, folks who have been Governors, Olympics organizers, heads of successful corporations actually do qualify for the position of President of a free country. A country that promotes free market enterprise, freedom of choice, freedom to speak openly against tyrants, freedom to purchase and own firearms, with stable borders, a strong military, the right to work and the right to vote (IF YOU’RE A CITIZEN AND YOU’RE NOT DEAD), and the opportunity for anyone with the desire and determination to go ahead and BUILD IT THEMSELVES!
The last 4 years have proven that community organizing socialists do not qualify for any part of the job. They can however make things much, much worse. There seems no end to the lies and innuendos that will flow from the left in insanely larger amounts right up to November. They are really afraid of this “America’s Comeback Team”. They should be, Paul Ryan is one who will clearly call them out on the carpet and hogtie the truth to them while he’s at it. These next 3 months are going to be fun. Stay tuned. Keep informed. Don’t be fooled again.
Paul Ryan: Hiding Spending Doesn’t Reduce Spending – YouTube.
Obama just said OUCH!
This is why this choice is an awesome one. The Obama camp is grinding their teeth right now. Most if not all are probably planning for a future away from public office in the very near future. Ryan is a kick-ass choice.
Thank you Mitt,

Dream on Obama. Only an idiot like you would take on 80 million US gun owners. Piss off!
I got this from:
Very interesting read about how our marvelous Unions with the help of his majesty the
shithead, I mean, president, work to support their members…as long as they toe the line anyway.
END UNIONS NOW. They suck. END OBAMA’S REIGN NOW. He sucks too.
“SEIU organizers were calling people on their jobs and showing up at people’s homes at night. One husband even threatened to call the police.”
Marlene Felter and her co-workers had enough.
And your National Right to Work Foundation was there to help.
You see, a majority of workers at Chapman Medical Center in Orange, California, signed letters and petitions rejecting the SEIU’s presence in their workplace.
But company management served up the healthcare workers on a silver platter to the union through a rigged card check “vote” and entered into contract negotiations anyway.
Collusion like this between union organizers and company officials seems to leave employees without defense.
But YOU stand with them through your support of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation.
After receiving free legal aid from Foundation staff attorneys, Marlene Felter filed unfair labor practices charges to stop the illegal backroom deal.
Last week, she and her workers won a federal settlement to remove the unwanted union.
But this case is just the tip of the iceberg — and many workers aren’t so lucky.
In fact, union bosses and their allies in the Obama Administration go out of their way to keep workers in the dark about their rights to refrain from union membership or decertify an unwanted union.
For instance, the Obama Labor Board made it more difficult for workers to kick out an unwanted union by repealing the Foundation-won Dana precedent that granted employees the right to demand a secret ballot election within 45 days of notice of card check recognition.
The Obama Labor Board even canceled and nullified elections that had already been scheduled or conducted under those rules — forcing workers to wait up to four years before they may have another opportunity to remove the union.
Meanwhile, workers in the railway and airline industries face additional obstacles because the Railway Labor Act lacks an explicit procedure for ejecting a union.
That’s why the Foundation filed comments this week urging the National Mediation Board to regularize decertification procedures.
And Foundation attorneys won a groundbreaking precedent against Obama Administration and Big Labor lawyers earlier this year that breathes new life into a long-neglected section of federal law outlawing bribery and collusion between company and union officials.
Without Foundation challenges to these forced-unionism schemes, hundreds of thousands or even millions more workers may be squeezed under Big Labor’s thumb, loading union-boss coffers with tens of millions of dollars to elect union-label politicians.
